The unsteady electroosmotic flow (EOF) for one kind of linear viscoelastic fluid, which is Jeffrey type investigated under the common impact vertical magnetic field, external electric and pressure at high Zeta potential in a circular microchannel. numerical solutions velocity distributions are obtained by solving nonlinear Poisson-Boltzmann equation, constitutive equation Cauchy momentum applying Chebyshev spectral method finite difference method. By contrast, has higher accuracy less computation. characteristics fluid analyzed with solution results show that increases increase wall width. oscillation amplitude distribution relaxation time but decreases retardation time. When Hartmann number smaller, leads to velocity; when larger, decrease velocity. No matter what is, always tends be stable gradually
